Is there 10 stars per category here? 🤪 To be honest, I have seen the book while it still had the old cover on and been ignoring it for I thought it was a boring piece of war novel... Let me tell you RIGHT NOW, it was the WORST DECISION EVER! It turned out I had been ignoring ONE OF THE BEST HIDDEN GEM IN THE FICTION WORLD! How silly and stupid of me? From the scenery, setting, storyline, characters, how each line was intriguing, no unnecessary and overly done cliffhangers but still more than enough to thirst for more chaps? Like I have read hundreds of books both thriller, romance, comedy, zombies and this book certainly stands above all else! The author did a great job at writing it! I just finished it and can't wait to read the following series! 💯💯💯💯💯 👏👏👏👏👏 by the way, I've never been so inlove witha side character like how I fell inlove with Malphus! Hands down! Kudos author Ash!

A beautiful story, and remains one of my favourite books. I am absolutely in love with the way the author uses the words with such grace. And as a lover of the vampire, magic, fantasy, historical fiction and romance genre, I found all of it in a single book, intricated in a very beautiful way. And as for the characters, Lord Alexander, Katherine, Malphus are love.♡
