Synopsis
Living on a quiet street in Rome is Quartz Vermillion. He has a mere age of twenty-four with a curious and gentle nature. Aside from this, he loves to read history books pertaining to his motherland's past. One day, his father returned from an auction with a strange chess set on his grasp. Gli Sacchi, a chess set that was made during the times of monarchs and rulers. It was found in a house which was long-abandoned by its residents. Quartz, however, wasn't interested in the game. He thought of Chess as a boring and dull game yet that all changed when the pieces started to move at its own. Although, the abrupt movement of the pieces without the presence of any human at all is only the start of Quartz's new adventure. From Earth to another world, Quartz is destined to stop creatures and foes alike from expanding their wrath throughout the land of Sacchi. Through his quest, he meets allies, foes, and creatures alike wherein some of them may be traitors and turncoats. Make a move, and set up the battalion. The destiny of Sacchi now falls under his hands!
