There are only three chapters, and it's still early to say how the story will go, but, I can see the potential. First of all... the cover is gorgeous!! The writing was good, although I'd love a longer chapter and shorter sentences. I'm easily distracted, so I preferred shorter sentences (it'll look nicer when I read through apps). Derek's world with portals from bubbles sounds interesting. I'd love to see where the story will go from now on.

There's only 3 chapters when I posted this review. The story is interesting! The bubble thing made it interesting. I just noticed some grammatical errors. And also there's some small letter ( i ) in chapter one when using the word ( I ) --(myself). The story is still new and only have a few chapters so the character development and world background isn't detailed. So.. I'll be looking forward to next chapters of the story. Keep updating author!
Chapter 1: Chosen?
I always knew that nothing was as it seems....even the statement "nothing is as it seems"....Am Derek Turner, and i create potals through bubbles....
It all started with various disaesters. me been a kid never really minded it, But on June 16th, on my way to school on my bicycle, I heard a deep voice in a pond below me as i crossed a river, calling my name, I was so nervous that I immediately hopped off my bike and ran, but then all the water in the pond seemed to be floating in the form of bubbles...It was indeed beautiful...Now here's were I made an error at least I might have made it to school, I tried to pop one of the bubbles...Immeditely i came in contact with it the bubble sucked me in and wosh!! am in an inter-dimensional realm.
I know if you are reading this right now, you think this another fantasy shit that everyone talks about...but ever since that day I stopped popping mysterious bubbles, And to be honest inter-dimensional trips are one of most stressful things in the universe, I still don't know why my friend that am about to meet here does not see it like that... As i arrived in some kind of world in which the skies had a colour which seemed like purple and the sun was nowhere to be found and the gravitational pull was way stronger than earth's, I saw a man standing before me, he was about two feet taller, oblong faced, bald headed. wearing an old grayish cloak, he spoke to me in a British accent... Till today I still dont know were he got it from, because he has only been to earth few times.
At first, he shouted, "A Teenager?" then he laughed very awkwardly saying "By the cloak, this can't be the next Guardian... Then i replied, still trying to understand what i brought upon myself "Wha...What the... I ain't no guardian and wait did you just swear by the cloak..." then I laughed saying I must be sick or something" He didn't move as i spoke his eyes were fixed on directly on mine. then he spoke again saying "Welcome to the Pea Realm Derek, am Shawn, your loyal servant and side-kick like you earth folks call it in comic books. You were chosen by the Greater ones, don't ask about them because I havent even seen them, you are the Guardian of the Realms, you already wield the powers of a true Guardian and I am going to train you and help you in your various quest...I am fully at your service, so any questions..." To be honest, I was awestruck... So I asked alot of questions.... Well one lesson i got that day was....Pop only bubbles which you create, and Shawn told me the same later on....
