A fantasy story in a modern world. It reminded me a little Twilight series, except the character in this novel are interesting, there's a bigger variety of races, and its comedy is top notch. Another thing that must be mentioned is that the mystery element seems deep and thought-provoking. I'm giving this novel five stars, I adore it.

This is not your typical novels. If it’s your style go for.. At first I️ was like what in the world? Haha it’s a good read alright; Minus the writing errors. Grammar and sentence structure... This one is different and reminds me of a series I️ saw about the library. All the best author.

The author's style of narrating is really unique. It almost threw me off at the start. It is unique and refreshing though. The world is very rich and diverse, it doesn't feel rushed or bland. The number of races itself already make things interesting. For the characters, I feel like there are some points that were skipped over in the beginning chapters. This does improve later on when the story develops as well.
here story begins

Chapter 1: World Setting

This story is set in a magic world where every magical creature that you can imagine comes from. It's connected to ours by a town, Forgotten Town. This place (not the world, the town) is where the story begins and where the main character will gather each time they come back from their epic adventure.

Vol. 1: The story begins. The main characters are gathered by the Library and they are asked to recover all the lost artifacts, being the first one the most important, the Scroll of the Lost. After they get the scroll, they are asked to find the second artifact in a very dangerous place. So the group decides to complete the task.

RACES

-Shifters: half-human, half-animal. The human part and the animal part live together in one body. When one of the forms is present, the other one knows what he is doing. For example, when the animal part is the one in control, the human part knows what it is doing.

-Witches: female beings that have magical powers that pass from mothers to daughters.

-Half-bloods: they are the descendants of mixing races. In the past, they were repudiated.

ARTIFACTS:

-Key of Kal'el: It allows to open the doors of the Library. It has a form of a key, but if you touch it, can happen two things: you die, or you get a mark with a K form in your hand.

-Scroll of the Lost: a scroll, written by the first seekers where all lost artifacts are listed; their name, their appearance and where to find them, but they only appear one by one, when one is already found.

V.I. WORDS:

-The Library: the institutions that keep the worlds' knowledge safe. It's formed by the Librarian (the leader), the Seekers (who seeks for the lost artifacts) and the Scrivener (those who write everything).
